I don’t really write reviews, but since I’m extremely happy with the service provided by P&N here I am. Customer service was excellent!!! Armado called and gave me updates on my vehicle throughout the whole process. Will definitely recommend to anyone, they will not disappoint!!! I will be using them again down the road if I ever need to.

I went here for an estimate and while I did not end up getting my car fixed, Chris was really insightful and told me honestly how much everything would cost. I’d definitely go here again if I needed repairs.

I have a Nissan that had front end damage, and WATER DAMAGE THE TUBES and they were BLOCKED. Water was backing up under my seat and mold was growing as if I was feeding it. PN kept me posted as to how they were attacking the water issue and I receive my car with new carpet smelling good and no mold ,I'm very satisfied my car looks and smells brand new. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you PN!!

I just have to say Amado exceeded my expectations from customer service to the actual work being done. The turn around time was even quicker. He even cleaned the inside of my car out & organized everything into the trunk. Thank you for the great service i will be using you guys if i have to in the future!

This is a great shop. Customer service is top notch. Chris is such a great person. He keeps you updated on the repairs and also gives you a reasonable time the repairs will take. Very friendly and honest person. I will highly recommend P&N auto works. They did a great job fixing my bmw bumper due to a collision. Very satisfied customer here.

My, new to me, Camaro was involved in an unfortunate accident. I brought it here on recommendation. Despite being nearly an hour away I would gladly use this place for any issues/damages going forward. My car was returned immaculate, looking even better than it did when I bought it. Also everyone I spoke with is incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered all questions I had. Highly recommend.

I recently got my car fixed by these firm and I was gonna rate them a 7 but few hrs after at best they a 5.5. I recently got into an accident and was referred over by my claims specialist from progressive that totaled over $10k . They slated 5 weeks which they actually completed at 4 weeks. Did just about decent job until I found out my windshield was cracked/tampered with. I was just driving on the highway when I noticed and pulled a call across, returned back just about 30 mins after I had left earlier to tell them, they denied brutally saying it must have been a little stone that hit the shield when I drove off. I would never refer them and if you’re using their service a sure you have your called checked to a faultless level before driving off. Thank you!

Literally just picked up my car and I’m so happy with the service. I messed my car up and although it seemed minor I was heart broken. Amado* (hope I spelled it right) squeezed me in last min and EXPLAINED ALL of my options! This is my first car so I was very lost and scared. He made me feel comfortable and helped me understand what was wrong with my bumper and how it could be fixed. His service was so fast, I dropped it this morning and he was able to fix my Jeep by 4pm!!!!!!! The girl at the front desk was also sooo helpful and sweet. I hope I never need him again lol but if I do I’m Deff coming back here. HIGHLYYYYYYY RECOMMEND! Before & after pics!

They did good work on the body but when they put my car back together it wasnt done properly pieces coming loose my windshield wipers was new i just went to firestone and paid $40 before the accident they said that they had to replace them but they were worn out wouldnt even clean my windows went to firestone to pay another $40 to get new windshield wipers other parts on the car is coming loose they are nice people but my car should have came back to me in tact all the money that was paid I should not ha ve to waste time to get corrected they could have taken the time to do it right the first time disappointed

My son Dan had his extensively damaged car repaired by P & N. Throughout the repair process, Dan told me their communication with him instilled a high level of trust, reliability and confidence. He said they were very polite and considerate, and put him at ease, assuring him that his fairly new car was in good hands.After meeting Amado and Chris and seeing the repair, I was able to understand Dan's regard for P & N's optimism and promise that all would be well.Both Amado and Chris' gracious professionalism, and kind and supportive nature exhibited that they know how to treat customers.Since the accident occurred a long distance from home and Dan did not have a choice as to where the insurance company was sending the vehicle for repair, total faith was placed in P & N. As it turned out, in my opinion, the car couldn't have been in better hands.Thank you, Amado, Chris and staff for a job well done.

I have a new 22 honda civic sport and needing electrical work done. My insurance company sent me a list of approved shops and P&N was on the list. I don't trust just anyone working on my car so naturally I was hesitant. I called for an appointment and as they were going to set me up with a call back Mr. Amado takes over the call. I truly appreciated that he did this. After a few questions he was honest of the wait time I would face and discussed my options. This is where it gets interesting. I am so used to money hungry business' so his conversation was appreciated. Amado put my mind at ease and honestly told me to take it to the dealer that I usually take my car to and that I could trust them with their work. He did not need to do this but he did. I give them a 5 stars because of their integrity and honesty which is rare in today's economy. So if I do need some work in the future I will definitely consider them. P&N stay blessed and safe. I appreciate you.

These guys are amazing.. from the first phone call to the last. The service they provided was phenomenal. My vehicle was repaired to perfection, and it looked like it came straight of the dealer floor.. I will personally recommend everyone to take their vehicle there if you need any body work done. Just went to get an estimate on some minor damage to my car. I was met with the parking patrol who told me that I needed an appointment to get an estimate, so I said "never mind" and proceeded to leave. She stops me and said that she can send someone out to look at it. I waited almost 10 minutes to have someone come out and tell me he couldn't tell me anything before he looked at the car. I tell him to look right here, this is the extent of the damage and he insists that he needs to examine the car "internally". A gross waste of my time and totally unprofessional. Highly recommend anywhere else but P&N Auto Works for auto body repair.

I got into a car accident in 8/19/22, they received my car a few days after the accident. I was updated at least every 2 days on how long it would take for my car to be ready and what was happening with my car. When I got my car back it looked brand new, as if I’d never gotten into a accident! I love it here and they have a forever customer! Highly recommend using them!

Amazing work done by Amado and his team. I had minor work done and was recommended the shop for insurance reasons, but they did excellent work on my car. Looks just as good or better than when I got it. The staff there was also very nice and patient with me as I wasn't able to pick it up when it was ready and willing to give me more time. Scarlet at the front desk was also very nice and made me feel as if I was always welcome to ask any questions regarding the vehicle. I'm recommending this shop to anyone I know who needs great work done. Thank you!

Let me say this, if I EVER need another auto body shop (and I pray I won't) this is the shop I'll be going to!2 years ago I had a horrible experience with a "body shop" in NY, and P&N definitely took my fears away!My car came out looking like it looked when I drove it off the car lot!

I do not even know where to start with this auto body shop. They did a remarkable/Excellent job. I’m satisfied from the customer service all the way down to the maintenance of the car. The people were great constantly updating me on my car , always calling me back when I call them. They gave me new tires a new mirror put gas in my car . I mean the car looks brand new . I feel like I just got it off the lot. But with this review I hope it brings you more customers . You guys done an incredible job and god forbid if anything happens to my car , I will definitely be using you guys again.

Another vehicle had side swiped my car hitting the left fender, bumper and headlight area. I chose this place to fix my car with high hopes. The customer service was excellent and knowledgeable. When I picked up my vehicle it looked as if it was never in an accident. Im very pleased and highly recommend this shop.

P&N had the most wonderful customer service!! Delvia & Amado kept me updated throughout the whole process. They worked with myself, my insurance and the rental company to make sure that my car & I were taken care of. And they were so flexible to work around my unpredictable schedule. They did such a great job on the body work and my baby looks good as new! They had it done almost a week earlier than they expected and even washed and cleaned it! SO impressed and incredibly grateful for all their help. I would absolutely recommend P&N over and over again!

I mistakenly back my Mercedes Benz truck into a utility pole, it was bad, I scratched the back passenger side really bad and broke the back light. Even my back tire rim was messed up too. My Sister recommended that I bring my truck to P&N Auto, base on their online review which I did, everyone that works there are definitely from another world for real, they are so nice.Their customer service is the best of the best , from the ladies that works in the office to the owner, they make you feel so special, they are very understanding and not judging, they help me arrange for a rental and everything. And when they finished fixing my truck, it look brand new, I couldn’t believe it, it really look better than it was before the accident. I couldn’t even tell where the dents were before. They even fixed little things that was there before the accident. Their work is exceptional. Now I know why they have 5 solid stars online. I wish all business services are like them. And their price is soooooo reasonable compare to order places! I couldn’t even believe it. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job on my truck and treating me so special. God bless you guys.

Amado, Delvia, and the entire team at P&N are totally awesome! Not only is the repair work flawless, delivered on time, and the entire car fully detailed inside and out — they also kept me apprised throughout the process via short and simple emails, without me ever having to call and ask when will it be done!If Google allowed six stars, I’d give them seven.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with P&N!! They took an accident that I was in and what should have been a very stressful moment and made it into something quite pleasant to correct and move forward from. They helped me connect all the dots between understanding what was covered in my insurance, getting a rental car, payment and even assisted me with retrieving a lost item. From customer service to the owner, they were beyond professional! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

My brother, Fedly and I took his car in to P& N to have his bumper fixed that was nearly falling off the car. We went in to get an estimate and we were met with a greeting by Amado and his staff which was very welcoming and friendly, something that you do not often experience at most auto shops. This immediately helped make us feel comfortable. He quickly took a look at the bumper, had us come a week later. The service was quick and efficient and he did not overcharge us at all. It was our first visit their and P & N auto can count on us returning for their services whenever we experience any future car issues. Thank you for your kindness and efficient service.
