Terrible experience from start to finish. The repair quality is unacceptable. The bumper color does not match the rest of the car, the paint is already peeling, and panel gaps are clearly uneven. When I pointed this out, I was told “it’s fine.” It is NOT fine.Chris was dismissive, defensive, and refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing obvious defects, he tried to blame me. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Avoid this place.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of the repair is far below what anyone should expect from a professional body shop. The bumper paint does not match the rest of the car at all, and the finish already shows signs of peeling. On top of that, the panel gaps are uneven and the whole repair looks rushed.When we pointed this out, instead of taking responsibility and offering to fix it, the staff dismissed the concerns and insisted everything looked “normal.” It absolutely does not. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would.

Ive always seen this repair shop growing up in eo but not sure if its the same owner or same shop after 20+ years. Always wondered if they did good work. A friend of mines had their car repaired here through insurance & had nothing but good things to say. So with my accident I decided to give them a try. It wasn’t a regrettable decision. Chris very helpful throughout the process. Wait time wasn’t a problem for me as long as i was covered on the rental. The only difference was that the part replaced wasn’t the same removed from the vehicle. Part wasn’t attainable because of over sea parts. At first wasn’t comfortable with it because of course u want the same part replaced but after honestly im happy with the replacement it looks way better to me. Insurance was able to replace other matching side as well with the help of Chris. About 2 weeks for completion which isnt bad at all. For all your accident needs definitely stop by here great work. Also received complementary car wash.

P&N was the only body shop out of 5 that would do business after finding out that the insured driver's insurance was Cure. Replaced the rear bumper, color matched perfectly and repaired all the side skirts. I HIGHLY recommend P&N!!!

I would like to thank Chris and the team at P & N Auto Works for the amazing restoration of the front end of my vehicle. Proper communication was provided and it's unfortunate that the vehicle had to remain at their shop far longer than it should have due to circumstances that were beyond their control. I was informed that a vital part of the vehicle was ordered about 4 or 5 times due to damaged or incorrect parts coming in due to the negligence of the shipper(s). Chris assured me that he was doing whatever he could to make sure the vehicle would be ready as soon as he could and once he received the proper part, he managed to assemble and detail the vehicle on the same day! I arrived later to find what seemed to be a new vehicle at first. This is how exceptional the care and effort was put into it. Thank you P & N Auto Works! Should I need any body services performed in the future, I will not hesitate to contact.

Service was great from the time I walked in the door. I was consistently informed great customer service. When I pick up my car I had to make sure it was mine, It looked brand new off the lot, you would never know anything happened. I’m so grateful to have found P&N these guys are the best. JH

Initially, I chose P&N because of their amazing reviews. However, communication is where they dropped the ball for me. My car took over a month to fix. To be fair, when I first dropped my car off on 10/6 they called me a day or two later to inform me that the parts needed for my car were on back order, therefore they were unable to give me an estimated date of when my car would be completed, understandable.I waited 2 weeks and called on 10/22 just for an update, they said that they received the parts and would update me when they begin repairs, never received that call. Disappointed, but whatever I assumed they were working on the car. October 31st I saw a pending charge from enterprise on my CC and a message asking me if I still need the rental… this annoyed me because they’re supposed to be in communication with enterprise. Like at least if you’re not updating me, the very least you could do is update enterprise.Reached out to my adjuster to let her know that I’m still in the rental, she notified me that the shop said the car would be done on the 3rd but to call and confirm. The 3rd comes no call/update, but of course enterprise is asking if I still need the rental. So I called and they said the car would be done on the 4th. The 4th comes, I get no call, no nothing. So I’m sitting around all day after I moved my schedule around. My issue here is, how hard is it to pick up the phone and say “hey, just to give you a heads up, I know we told you the 4th, but it’s taking a little longer than expected.”Communication is a very important component of customer service and as a paying customer I deserve updates. Even if it’s to tell me there has been no progress. It has made this ordeal very stressful for me.I now have my car back.

Like it never happened! The work, professionalism, and dedication of Amado, Chris, and their staff is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. It is difficult enough to go through the stress of an accident, insurance companies etc. They made this process effortless, and they dealt directly with the insurance company. They walked me through everything and how it would work. It was just as described, and they did it in less than a week! A rare shop that does live up to the hype.

Went with these guys because they had the highest reviews, but I was a bit skeptical since there are so much fake reviews everywhere now. Thankfully, they are actually really focused on customer satisfaction and made the whole experience positive. The car looks so much better than even before it got damaged.

Good afternoon, I am completely satisfied with the work they did on my car. They had a great added value for me in leaving my car impeccably clean. Many workshops are dirty and deliver the car to you in the same or worse condition than their workplace. They were constantly sending me emails updating me on the progress of the repair. The day they finished the work they called me to go pick it up and I was out of town so they kindly let me pick it up the next day. I am happy that my car was repaired well.

By far the best experience I have ever had with any business period. My truck was destroyed in an accident and I took it here after several recommendations from trusted people. The owner personally helped me every step of the way. From the assessment, to the repairs, to dealing with the insurance company. You couldn’t ask for a more professional and knowledgable shop. Just incredible work. I wouldn’t recommend another place over P&N.

My experience...Great autobody work. Lousy time management.Referred by my insurance. This shop did great body work. Afterward, my car never looked better.But ...After agreeing to the insurance company's time estimate of a 2-week job, my car took over a month to be finished.And No... calling me 24 hours before to extend the deadline for completion is not acceptable, in my view.Neither is adverse personnel scheduling or air humidity acceptable explanations or justification for delivering a job over 2 weeks late.

I’ve been here twice for my car and they have been quick and efficient in helping me each time. The first time was during COVID and they were able to quickly fix my car with all original parts even with everything shutting down which I know was hard to do for my car. Amado is very nice and his personality helps especially during an already stressful time.

I had the misfortune of needing some repairs on my Audi s5 and the pleasure of finding P & N, they not only fixed my problem but they did it within the time frame first discussed giving me constant updates and staying pass closing time to make sure that I receive my vehicle. Shout out to P&N, they will always get my business. I came in with a lease car that was in an accident. The owner was so nice and honest. He could have easily taken my money, but he gave me so many options. I appreciate his honesty. It turns out I didn’t need his service, I went with one of the other options he gave me. I recently visited P&N Auto Wreck in East Orange, NJ, to fix a small dent on the passenger side of my vehicle. Amado, who assisted me, was very transparent and helpful. He explained that the dent wasn’t a major issue and advised me to consider leaving it as is, given the natural depreciation of the vehicle over time. However, he also offered to fix it if I preferred. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he gave me both options to choose from. Amado’s genuine approach really stood out, and I would definitely recommend this place.

They were very very professional, from the beginning to the end. I had an accident and had to coordinate with my insurance company. Amongst all the phone calls I had to make going out, they were consistent in reaching out and keeping me updated. Of course the work was excellent and you can’t tell anything ever happened. I was skeptical about the auto body shop to choose for the repairs to my 2017 Honda CRV. A friend referred me to P&N Auto Works & I could not be happier. I have a Nissan that had front end damage, and WATER DAMAGE THE TUBES and they were BLOCKED. Water was backing up under my seat and mold was growing as if I was feeding it. PN kept me posted as to how they were attacking the water issue and I receive my car with new carpet smelling good and no mold ,I'm very satisfied my car looks and smells brand new. I recently got my car fixed by these firm and I was gonna rate them a 7 but few hrs after at best they a 5.5. I recently got into an accident and was referred over by my claims specialist from progressive that totaled over $10k . They slated 5 weeks which they actually completed at 4 weeks. Did just about decent job until I found out my windshield was cracked/tampered with. I was just driving on the highway when I noticed and pulled a call across, returned back just about 30 mins after I had left earlier to tell them, they denied brutally saying it must have been a little stone that hit the shield when I drove off. I would never refer them and if you’re using their service a sure you have your called checked to a faultless level before driving off. Thank you!
